Embroidered Silk Altar Cloth for Prosperity

50.00

This altar cloth is made from hand-dyed green silk dupioni.

I've embroidered it with a set of trees twined together at the roots to form a heart in the center, a set of pentacles resembling coins in 2 corners, and a queen bee in the other 2 corners. Green and gold are colors strongly associated with prosperity, and I've used a variety of symbols of wealth, prosperity, and fertility.

The hem is stitched with gold thread, using a honeycomb decorative stitch.

Total size 16" X 16"

The pentacle corner design is a Rain's Obsessive Stitchery original design, and the other embroidery designs are by Urban Threads.
