70% Superwash Merino Wool
Sock: 437 yd/100g
Erik is tall, dark, and handsome. Well, maybe not tall, but definitely dark and handsome.
This blend of superwash merino, yak and nylon is definitely something special. Yak has qualities very similar to cashmere, but not quite as rare and more sustainable. It's naturally a dark brown, so Erik in an undyed state is a lovely heathered gray color. When it's dyed, it maintains the heathered effect, and the yak fiber adds depth and richness to the final color of the yarn, plus a delicious warmth and softness.

For even more possibilities, you're welcome to choose your favorite colorway shown on another yarn* or fiber. Just keep in mind that they all take dyes a little differently, and colors come out substantially darker on Erik.
*Not Neil, Steve, or Terry, as cotton-based yarns use completely different dyes.
